Sales & Refund Policy
We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's how returns, exchanges, and refunds work at RC JOY.

Standard return policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they are in their original condition and packaging.
Items that cannot be returned
- Items that have been used, assembled, or show signs of wear.
- Products with broken seals or missing original packaging and accessories.
- Batteries, consumables, and clearance items marked as final sale.
- Custom or special-order builds prepared specifically for you.
How to start a return
Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return. We will guide you through the process and let you know where to send the item.
Please keep your proof of purchase — we may ask for it to process your return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Refunds may take several business days to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Faulty or damaged items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible. We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund at no extra cost to you.
Exchanges
Need a different model or variant? Let us know and, subject to availability, we will help you exchange your eligible item.
Shipping costs
Unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
